Chic Venue USF Campus is family-owned and hosts one private event at a time. No public parties, no nightclub nights: when you book, the venue is yours.
Bring your own food and alcohol with no corkage fee, or hire the licensed caterer and vendors you love. A prep kitchen is on site, and the VIP room has its own AV control.

Good to know before you call
Can I bring my own food and alcohol?
Yes. Bring your own food or hire any licensed caterer, plus your own beer, wine, champagne and liquor. There is no corkage fee.
How much is the down payment?
A $1,000 down payment reserves your date once the contract is signed. The remaining balance can be paid monthly, with the final amount due before your event.
What’s included?
The event hall, VIP room, tables, chairs, setup, cleanup, bartenders, servers, security when required and an on-site event manager.
How many guests fit?
Up to 200 guests, depending on seating plan and layout.
Is the venue private?
Yes. We host one event at a time and never host public parties or nightclub events.
Can I use my own vendors and decorations?
Yes. Licensed DJs, photographers, decorators and caterers are welcome, and you can decorate to your theme within venue guidelines.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as possible. Saturdays, weddings and quinceañeras fill up fast.
